It can supply a 10mA effect pedal with power for up to  50 hours and a 100mA pedal board for up to 27 hours. With a current of 500mA (typical in large  multi-effect, synthesizer or digital recorders) the Pedal Juice delivers roughly 4 hours of constant  9V direct current. A 9V alkaline battery can only supply a device for about 30 minutes.
