Das Thema Fußmaschine und Fußtechnik wird allumfassend behandelt: Sitzposition, Schuhwerk, Mechanik, Physiologie, Bewegungsabläufe, Sound...und das ganze auch zum Thema Hi Hat.
Was mir fehlt ist eine Möglichkeit, von Übung zu Übung zu springen ode eine Auflistung der Übungen als pdf. Wenn man parallel zur DVD üben will, muss man sich die entsprechenden Passagen immer suchen (oder die zeiten Notieren).
Wie schon im Vorgänger für Handtechnik beschreibt Jojo hier wirklich sehr ausführlich so ziemlich alles was man über Fußtechnik wissen möchte und gibt dazu noch ein paar sehr hilfreiche Übungen.
Auch die Sektion über die Geschichte des Fußpedals und vor allem, wie man es richtig einstellt war für mich wirklich sehr hilfreich.
Mit dieser DVD kann man wirklich nichts falsch machen.
