The Celestion G10 Vintage Replacement Speaker 8 Ohm is a 10" replacement speaker, with a 60W RMS power rating, an 8 ohm impedance, a maximum sensitivity of 97 dB, and a ceramic magnet. The G10 Vintage is a 10" speaker with bags of attitude. Using powerful ceramic magnets and the same voice coil design as the Vintage 30, the G10 packs an impressive punch with its 60W power handling.
With the fast response of a 10" but with the strong and creamy vocal tones of a 12", the G10 is the ideal choice to add depth to hollow- sounding amps, or for players who want to get humbucker-type girth from single-coils. Can be used singly to add vocal warmth to small valve combos, or in quartets for a weightier but still lively attack.

Celestion G10 Vintage 10" 8 OhmIch hatte mir den Speaker als Wechsel-Lautsprecher für meinen Cornell Plexi7 geholt. Der eingebaute Greenback hat für meinen Geschmack die Mitten zu sehr betont und war daher zu "topfig".
Da ich einen klassischen Marshall Sound anstebte (a la Slash) habe ich mich für den Vintage G10 enschieden, der dem V30 sehr nahe kommt. Der Speaker ist für Combos sehr zu empfehlen, da er den Mittenbereich etwas aufräumt und daher ausgewogener gestaltet.
