All guitars, basses, ukules, violins and brass instrumentes are thoroughly checked, adjusted and precisely tuned before shipping. Almost no instrument is shipped without us having to make adjustments. Every guitar includes a signed test certificate.
When you order instruments from us, 99% of the time it is shipped in its original packaging. It is extremely rare that you will receive an instrument that has been on display in our shop. Exceptions are exclusive Custom Shop instruments.
