Product information Behringer X-MADI

The Behringer X-MADI is an expansion card for the X32 mixing console that allows connection to other fibre optic MADI equipment.

The X-MADI card supports both 56 and 64 channel versions of MADI and has dual coaxial connections for BNC communication.  It enables the console to select a block of 32 out of a possible 64 MADI channels in one go, and the BNC connectivity can also be used as a redundancy network.

The Behringer X-MADI features include:

  • 32 channel bi-directional MADI audio interface
  • MADI I/O via optical duplex SC-plugs
  • 2km multimode fibre optic cable length supported
  • Two coaxial connections for BNC communication
  • BNC connectivity can be used as a redundancy network
  • Select blocks of 32 channels
  • Supports both 56 and 64 channel MADI versions
