The Pioneer DJ - DJM-TOUR1 is a Hi-Res 4-channel digital mixer that is perfect for use at festivals and offers great sound components for really big and reliable sound. In addition, the 13-inch touch screen with integrated CPU allows instinctive and familiar control. The DJM-TOUR1 mixer uses an ESS 32-bit D/A converter that eliminates noise and distortion. Ideal conditions for a clean and high-resolution sound. The DJM-TOUR1 is also equipped with a professional AES/EBU digital output. This allows it to be connected directly to PA systems and guarantees lossless sound quality even over long cable distances. In addition, the festival-ready DJ mixer features two independent headphone sections so tracks can be listened to and cued separately. The Pioneer DJ - DJM-TOUR1 is built as robust as its name suggests. The side panels are specially reinforced and lockable NEUTRIK etherCON® LAN sockets and gold-plated RCA connectors also ensure reliable and stable operation so that this equipment can be used at any major event.
The DJM-TOUR1 is the world's first DJ mixer with an AES/EBU digital output, so you can connect it to the FOH without loss of quality - even over long distances.
The power supply uses circuits that are separated from the main board to prevent unwanted noise.
PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology also reduces distortion over the entire frequency band.
The DJM-TOUR1 uses an ES9018 32-bit D/A converter, which provides low distortion and a dynamic range of up to 129 dB. In addition, high-quality components are used, which are also used in the NXS2 and thus ensure optimum sound quality. Inside, a 96 kHz/24-bit sound card operates, which can be addressed directly at the digital level via the S/P-DIF or USB connection. The mixing processes are performed with 64-bit floating point calculations and are flanked by advanced dithering technology and a low-jitter clock. All this leads to an accurate and natural sound.
Browse playlists and select tracks for up to four CDJs connected via Pro DJ Link directly from the touch screen. Users can choose between a horizontal or vertical multi-waveform display. The vertical display also includes an RMS level meter that helps with proper listening and volume control for each channel.
The LAN connection of the DJM-TOUR1 is designed as NEUTRIK etherCON® XLR socket. A locking mechanism ensures that cables connected to it cannot slip out unintentionally. In addition, a 5-way LAN hub is available to connect up to five players, laptops or mixers.
Two independent headphone sections allow two DJs to listen to tracks simultaneously without having to share a connection. Each headphone has its own level control.
The Aux input provides an XLR/jack combination input to flexibly connect different external sound sources, be it a drum machine, effects, synthesizer, sampler or similar.
The DJM-TOUR1 feels immediately familiar because its layout and robust workmanship is comparable to other Pro DJ mixers - including the DJM-900NXS2. As known from the NXS2, the DJM-TOUR1 also features an improved channel fader and optimized EQ curves, high-quality sound color FX, quantized beat FX and an independent send/return.
The DJM-TOUR1 is Pioneer DJ's first mixer with a KUVO gateway that is easy to connect to KUVO. KUVO is Pioneer DJ's social platform that provides real-time information about tracks being played to fans around the world.
