With the Vox AC15C1 Limited Edition Cream Bronco, the British amp veteran Vox presents a modernized version of its very first combo amp, the Vox AC15C1. With its typical sound from 1958 onwards, it made the hearts of guitarists beat faster. Equipped with a 15 Watt tube amplifier, two channels as well as reverb and tremolo effect, the guitar amplifier delivers a broad sound with authentic vintage character.
Just like its ancestor, who had a decisive influence on the sound of the British invasion, the Vox AC15 C1 also has two channels. While the combo amp in the normal channel delivers a transparent clean sound that reproduces the guitar sound in detail, the top boost channel convinces with its creamy overdrive, whose brilliant "Vox Chime" stands out in every band. In addition, the Vox AC15 offers an integrated reverb effect, which gives the sound a three-dimensional three-dimensionality, and a tremolo, which can be adjusted in speed and depth.
The power amplifier of the Vox AC15 C1 Custom is equipped with two EL84 tubes and provides 15 watts. Accordingly, the Combo can amplify guitars with a volume suitable for the living room as well as in the rehearsal room. The power is delivered via a Celestion G12M Greenback loudspeaker with a 12" diaphragm, whose creamy vocal centres, tight basses and clear trebles perfectly match the authentic British sound character of the electric guitar combo amplifier.
