Was confused with order at first as thought was coming from London. Soon realised it was coming from Germany once I spoke to someone on the phone. Excellent email updates and arrived within couple of days with a time slot and was well packeged.
I'm just a beginner keyboard learner and I'm pleased with this product. The sound is smooth, clear and keys are touch sensitive. Compared to another keyboard I've used in the past, the level of sensitivity is much greater here and one can feel the effect of playing with gentle and aggressive touch, and other levels in between. Great functionality and loads of voices to enjoy and play with. The learning manual could be more extensive though, as it moves from basic level to more advanced level a bit too quickly.
