With the new Hammertone Boost, Fender presents a versatile boost pedal that does more than just increase volume. Featuring two selectable boost types in a compact housing, the pedal delivers either a clean volume boost or an organic-sounding signal boost with vintage character. A toggle switch lets you choose between a clear, colorless op-amp boost and a harmonically rich JFET boost, the latter inspired by classic tape preamp circuits and adding pleasant compression to the signal. A 2-band EQ with Bass and Treble controls allows precise sound shaping, with a neutral center position for accurate adjustments. This makes the Hammertone Boost ideal for overall level boosting, targeted frequency range enhancement, amplifying amp or pedal gain stages, solo boosts without coloration, signal thickening for clean passages, or even as a discreet preamp replacement. Its robust metal housing, intuitive layout, and true bypass circuit make the pedal perfectly suited for both rehearsal and live performance.
