Bus-powered StageCONNECT interface with 8x8 analog In/Out

Specially designed for StageConnect systems

The Midas DN4888 breakout box offers a first-class solution for professional audio applications and is specially designed for StageConnect systems. It features 8 balanced XLR line inputs and 8 balanced XLR line outputs, making it a versatile input and output box for a variety of scenarios. The DN4888 can be used as an analogue I/O box for other StageConnect devices, Turbosound iQ speakers, Behringer WING or Ultranet receivers such as the P16 Personal Monitoring Mixer.

With StageConnect technology, the DN4888 enables the transmission of up to 32 audio channels with a latency in the sub-millisecond range. It delivers 24-bit uncompressed PCM audio with sampling rates of 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz using standard XLR microphone or DMX cables. For larger systems, the DN4888 can be easily cascaded with other StageConnect boxes such as the DN4816-I and DN4816-O to expand the number of analogue inputs and outputs.

The flexible connectivity of the breakout box allows it to be used on stage or between side racks with any balanced microphone cable. The Midas DN4888 thus offers a versatile and high-quality solution for live and studio applications where uncompromising sound quality and easy integration are the focus.
