
The Neumann KH 870 II is a DSP-controlled reference subwoofer that offers exceptionally deep and detailed bass reproduction down to 16 Hz. With its bass reflex design with front openings sit ensures precise and powerful bass reproduction - ideal for music production, film sound, broadcasting and post-production. Thanks to a maximum sound pressure level of 115 dB SPL, it is ideally suited for larger studios.

Thanks to its multichannel bass manager, the KH 870 II can be flexibly integrated into stereo, surround and immersive setups up to 7.1.4. With analogue XLR inputs and outputs, SUB-D-25 connectors (up to 12 analogue inputs and 11 outputs, Tascam standard) and digital AES3-BNC interfaces, a wide range of connection options are available. A total of up to 11 monitors can be integrated. The KH 870 II AES67 variant is also available for network environments.

The integrated protection circuit includes soft clip, peak, thermal and excursion limiters as well as temperature monitoring of the power amplifiers. This ensures maximum operational safety even under full load. The universal power supply unit (100-240 V) enables worldwide use. Thanks to the auto standby function, which can be deactivated in the MA 1 app if required, the KH 870 II also scores points for energy efficiency.
