More faders and playbacks for NX1 and ONYX PC systems

The NX P is a motorised playback extension for the ONYX platform, adding additional, directly accessible playback control options to NX1 consoles and ONYX PC systems. As an extension, it replicates the full playback section of the NX1 console, ensuring a familiar and seamless user experience within the ONYX ecosystem.

Equipped with ten motorised 60-mm playback faders,four freely assignable function keys per fader and ten additional playback/multifunction keys, the NX P offers quick access to cues, playbacks and custom functions. The interface is complemented by four encoders, a playback select button and the Master Go section with Go, Pause, Snap and Release functions.

Flexible expansion with integrated DMX connectivity

Four integrated DMX/RDM universes via lockable 5-pin XLR connectors enable direct connection to lighting systems without additional hardware. Thanks to the included ONYX Nova+ licence, four universes as well as support for MIDI, OSC and timecode are available.

’s NX P can be flexibly integrated into existing ONYX systems. Multiple NX P Wings can be operated simultaneously on ONYX consoles or ONYX PC systems to expand direct access to additional playbacks. The integrated magnetic alignment system also allows for easy attachment to an NX1 console or an NX K Command Pad.

For added convenience, the controller features a USB port for the supplied LED gooseneck light, as well as for charging mobile devices at up to 7.5 watts. The connection to the system is via USB-B 2.0, whilst a lockable IP65 Power-In connector ensures a secure power supply.

With its compact dimensions of 298.5 × 373 × 71 mm and a weight of 4.5 kg, the NX P is equally suitable for mobile use and fixed installations. In addition to the LED USB light, the scope of delivery includes a dust cover, a USB 3.0 recovery stick and a lockable IP65 power cable.
