LadyBug LoFi Reverb is designed for musicians, producers and sound designers who don’t just want to place sounds in a room, but want to give them their own unique character. The plugin combines two different reverb types with additional sound tools that make the signal not only more spacious, but also more colourful and lively.
LadyBug really comes into its own on vocals, synths, guitars, samples, drums and ambient textures. Instead of a plain reverb , you get an effect that actively contributes to the sound and instantly adds more atmosphere.
Spring Reverb for bouncy vintage vibes
The Spring Reverb delivers precisely that charming, slightly restless spring reverb aesthetic familiar from vintage gear. It’s a perfect match for guitars, retro keyboards, dub-inspired sounds, or any source that could do with a bit more character and vintage flair.
Hall Reverb for more spaciousness and atmosphere
When you want something bigger, airier and more dreamy, Hall mode provides the perfect space. It allows you to create expansive soundscapes, soft vocal spaces or cinematic soundscapes without the effect losing its playful LoFi character.
Tape machine feel for more life in the reverb
A large part of the character lies in Wow & Flutter. This tape-like modulation introduces slight tonal fluctuations and organic movement into the signal. As a result , the reverb feels less static and acquires precisely that charming instability that makes LoFi sounds so appealing. This creates a significantly more lively soundscape, particularly on pads, vocals or atmospheric elements.
Warmth, crunch and degradation to suit your taste
The Input Drive allows you to add extra warmth and saturation to the signal before the reverb does its work. This gives the effect more body and a pleasantly rough edge. The LoFi control takes it a step further, adjusting the texture from a subtle vintage flair right through to clearly audible degradation. This makes LadyBug particularly exciting for productions where sounds aren’t meant to be polished, but rather deliberately a bit quirky, nostalgic or weathered.
More cohesion directly within the effect
There is also an integrated compressor on board, which can give the effect more density and cohesion. This is particularly helpful for vocals, drum rooms or denser sound design, as it ensures the reverb sits not only spatially but also more compactly and with greater presence in the mix.

LadyBug LoFi Reverb allows you to use the individual sections independently of one another. This makes the effect flexible, as you don’t always have to run the entire chain. You can work specifically with reverb, modulation, saturation or compression and extract exactly the element your sound needs at that moment.
