Tekno Drum Synthesizer - Electronic drums without samples

The Tekno Drum Synthesizer (VST/AU/AAX) is a modern drum plugin that combines the spirit of the legendary Drum machines with contemporary DSP design. Instead of relying on rigid samples, Tekno synthesizes every beat in real time - with more depth, punch and variation.

With 18 drum engines for kicks, snares, claps, hats and percussion, any drum kit can be created from scratch. Thanks to the Humanize functions, no two beats sound exactly the same, giving beats a lively and organic feel.

The next Generation drum synthesis

Tekno combines precise circuit modeling with modern signal processing to deliver a sound that's punchier and more flexible than classic emulations. Developed in collaboration with DSP expert Jatin Chowdhury, Tekno delivers a tool that builds on the legacy of Drum machines - and carries it into the future.



Flexible, fast and inspiring

Whether quick inspiration or in-depth sound design: Tekno offers 73 global presets and 1314 voice presets from sound designers such as Richard Devine, Virtual Riot and Yoad Nevo. The Dice randomizers create new sounds at the touch of a button, while detailed calibration options allow for fine-tuning.

Integrated analog-style effects

The internal effects are specially tailored to Tekno: tape saturation, exciter, compression, limiter/clipper and more. This makes every drum kit not only louder, but more musical - with the warmth and depth of classic hardware.
