DigiTech Bass Whammy

The Digitech Bass Whammy bass guitar effects pedal is a reissue of the original, much-loved, Bass Whammy that has been used by countless musicians over the last two decades.

The new Bass Whammy takes the settings from the original pedal and updates them with the most advanced note tracking and pitch technology in order to create the best bass-specific pitch shifting effects pedal available.

Thanks to two different not tracking modes, Chord and Classic, the Bass Whammy has the ability to recreate the glitch effects of the original effect as well as produce the smooth pitch shifting that has made the guitar variant famous.  Chord mode uses the most advanced polyphonic note tracking technology available to produce a smooth pitch shift effect, Classic mode, as the name suggest, reproduces the sounds of the original pedal.

The Digitech Bass Whammy pedal features 21 different pitch settings, ranging from 2 octaves up to one octave down, as well as a MIDI input for additional control and true bypass circuitry.
