Module Bundle

The Themisto & Pasiphae Bundle from IO Instruments consists of the two high-quality modules Themisto and Pasiphae. Both modules are delivered together in one box and are significantly discounted compared to the single purchase.

THEMISTO is a precision analog oscillator with six waveforms including a sub-oscillator. The oscillator convinces with a wide frequency range and precise tracking. The cleanly calibrated waveforms, including low-distortion sine, are equally suitable for modulation and as an audio source. The one octave lower tuned sub oscillator is rotated in the phase and can be used in the mix better. Linear and exponential FM are possible at the same time and thanks to an internal attenuator discreetly dosed. Hardsync and an LFO mode round off the features.

PASIPHAE is an analog four-quadrant ring modulator with very good audio values and fresh ideas. The low distortion circuit convinces with a lot of headroom and clear results. From a purely technical point of view a ring modulator produces the sum AND the difference of two signals at the same time, tremolos, metal-like sounds and wave deformations belong to the extensive repertoire of possible sounds. The AC respectively DC coupled inputs X and Y have their own attenuators, the output is provided by two jacks with positive and inverted wave. Additionally it is possible to mute the two DC inputs separately via Gate or CV.
