The Roland V31 sound module is the heart of the new V-Drums 3 series and combines the performance of the V71 flagship with intuitive operation. The precise response, multi-layer samples and high-quality DW sounds ensure a realistic playing experience at a professional level. With its modern architecture and clearly structured interface, the module combines ease of use with maximum sound quality. The V31 module is fully compatible with the Roland Cloud V-Drums Instrument Expansions and Kit Packs. You can stream songs and backing tracks wirelessly via Bluetooth audio, while the integrated coach mode with phrase trainer and hit display supports targeted practising. Audio and MIDI signals can be transferred directly to a DAW or virtual instruments via the USB-C port.

Sound design and control at the touch of a button

With the quick-edit controls, you can adjust the tuning, damping or instrument type in no time at all. Whether you're looking for a crisp snare tuning, warm kicks or expressive Toms - everything can be adjusted directly. The compact housing also accommodates a practical storage area for sticks, while the mix input allows you to connect external players or percussion pads. The V31 opens up access to an ever-growing library of professional V-Drums multi-layer instrument expansions and kit packs based on high-quality DW drumsets.
