With the Boss Katana-110 Bass, the Japanese effects giant sends a great-sounding bass amplifier with the popular Katana technology into the race. While the Bass combo with a 60-watt power amp and a speaker system consisting of a 10" woofer and a tweeter horn delivers sufficient volume for jam sessions and small band rehearsals, three amp voicings and the 4-band tone control provide rich timbres between classic and modern. naturally, Boss equips the bass amp with an extensive effects collection that helps find the perfect sound. Last but not least, an audio interface, FX loop and balanced XLR Output complete the features of the Katana-110 Bass combo from Boss.
Flexible sound shaping
Three basic amp voicings and the Shape feature create the basis for the flexible and characterful sound of the Katana-110 Bass. While the "Vintage" setting stands for traditional timbres with plenty of warmth and rich low-end thrust, "Modern" delivers transparent yet powerful hi-fi sounds. In the "Flat"Preset, on the other hand, the Katana Bass Combo delivers a neutral sound character. To be able to adjust the Bass sound particularly precisely, a 4-band tone control is also available, whose centre controls each have three selectable centre frequencies.
The clearly arranged top panel allows quick and intuitive adjustment of the Boss Katana-110 Bass.
Versatile onboard effects
In addition to the compressor and overdrive effects that are available directly behind the input, the Katana-110 Bass combo has an extensive collection of top-class effects from the Boss line-up at the ready that can be used to take the sound in the desired direction. Not only classic bass effects such as chorus, octave and auto-wah are available, but also bass synthesizer, delay and reverb. To adjust the time-based effects, Boss also equips the combo with a handy tap-tempo button.
Powerful sound
For the Katana-110 Bass 's power amp, Boss relies on a classic Class A/B circuit with up to 60 watts of power, promising sufficient volume reserves for jams and rehearsals. The speaker system, specially tuned to the combo amp with a 10" custom-designed woofer and switchable tweeter horn, also delivers a quick-response, punchy sound. In addition, the power of the Katana Bass can be reduced to 1 watt, so that the amp can also be used for practicing at home without any problems.

Extensive connections
Last but not least, Boss completes the Katana-110 Bass combo with extensive connections for the stage and studio. In addition to the serial effects path, a balanced XLR output with a selectable tap point is available to route the bass signal to mixers or recording equipment. The USB port also allows recording with the bass amp's built-in audio interface or connecting to the Boss Tone Studio software to conveniently adjust the amp's settings on-screen. In addition, the amp provides connections for optionally available footswitches and expression pedals, and the amp can be operated in live situations unerringly.
