The VSN1 Screen on Right from the Intech Studio Grid Series 3 is a modular controller designed for anyone who wants greater clarity and direct control in a DAW, during sound design or within a live setup. Intended for the right hand position within the grid system, the module integrates seamlessly into existing configurations and expands them with a freely programmable display combined with tactile control.

At the heart of the unit is a high resolution LCD display with 320 × 240 pixels. It can be fully customized using the Grid software and Lua API, allowing it to show parameters, values, status indicators or visual feedback. In complex sessions with numerous tracks, plugins or automation lanes, the display provides clear visual guidance without constantly referring to the main computer screen. Together with the buttons positioned below it, this creates a direct and intuitive workflow.

Precision at your fingertips

The endless jog wheel is perfect for scrubbing, fine adjustments, browsing or transport control. In addition, there are eight high quality Gateron buttons and four extra action buttons beneath the display. All controls are freely assignable and respond quickly and reliably. Whether you are managing a DAW, adjusting plugins or triggering shortcuts, the VSN1 offers versatility and precision.

Open for modern workflows

The VSN1 Screen on Right works not only with MIDI, but also supports keyboard, mouse and gamepad emulation. This enables control of music software as well as video editing programs, streaming platforms and other creative applications. The Grid software merges hardware and software into an open system that adapts to your workflow rather than forcing you to adapt to it. The VSN1 requires the Intech Studio Grid software for configuration and runs on all major platforms, including macOS, Windows and Linux. It can also be used on mobile devices provided USB host support is available.

Part of the Grid system - modular, magnetic, stable

Like all Grid Series 3 controllers, the VSN1 uses Intech Studio’s magnetic connection system. Modules can be attached in any direction to form a stable and organized control surface. RGB LEDs on each control element provide visual feedback and help keep even complex setups easy to navigate. The unit connects via USB C, which also supplies power.
