Flexible level, polarity and CV control in a compact Eurorack format

The Merge by After Later Audio is a 3-channel mixer, attenuverter and attenuator for audio and CV signals. As the three inputs are normalised to one another, the module is ideal as a mixer; furthermore, each input can be mixed in at normal level or inverted. The Merge also functions as a triple attenuator/attenuverter; in other words, an attenuator or polariser. The ‘+ _ -/+’ toggle switch determines which function is active. The third main function is that each channel can act as a manual CV source. The toggle switch is used to specify whether values of 0–10 volts or –10 to +10 volts are generated. This practical function is useful when you want to control several parameters simultaneously in conjunction with a multiple. Using the rear connections, several Merge modules can be daisy-chained together to form a larger mixing unit.
