The LD-Systems U308 HHD 2 is a professional dual wireless microphone system which, in addition to the receiver, also includes two handheld microphones. High-quality microphones
The two handheld microphones included have a cardioid polar pattern, making them ideal for use as instrument or vocal microphones, for example. If you prefer to work with a different polar pattern, that’s no problem either – the optional interchangeable capsules from the U500 series can also be used with the U308 HHD 2.
Overall, the U300 transmitters on the microphones deliver a battery life of 10 hours with two AA batteries and a maximum range of 100 metres under ideal conditions – so there’s plenty of power for even the longest and biggest gigs. Last but not least, the microphones impress with a wide frequency response ranging from 55 Hz to 16 kHz.
Advanced wireless technology
Ease of use and flexibility are top priorities with the U300 receiver: the unit features a bright LCD channel display and a string of LEDs to indicate audio signal strength, so you can keep track of things even in low-light conditions. The LD-Systems U308 HHD 2 operates in the 823–832 MHz and 863–865 MHz frequency bands.
The receiver also features two balanced XLRoutputsand two unbalanced 6.35 mm jack outputs. If you wish to connect a guitar or bass amplifier directly, simply switch the jack output to instrument level. In total, the LD-Systems U308 HHD 2 offers 12 selectable channels, with up to 6 systems able to be used simultaneously.
