With the
PRS Custom 24 Yellow Tiger #20 0293783
the Maryland noble guitar maker continues the tradition of the model which has been firmly established since the NAMM Show 1985. Equipped with a solid curly maple top, PRS 85/15 humbuckers and the typical PRS tremolo, this electric guitar sets both optical and tonal highlights and also convinces with immaculate workmanship.
To build the PRS Custom 24 Yellow Tiger, the luthiers around Paul Reed Smith only use selected woods, which lead to a perfect sound experience. For example, selected mahogany is used for the body, while the solid maple top features a character-rich and even flame. The glued mahogany neck with its well-shaped "Pattern Regular" profile offers the perfect balance between rich grip and smooth playability. On the rosewood fretboard, moreover, traditional bird inlays provide the best orientation between the 24 frets.
The PRS Custom 24 uses two PRS 85/15 humbuckers as pickups, which were developed by Paul Reed Smith himself on the occasion of the company's 30th anniversary. These pickups convince with their clear sound, whose extended bass and treble spectrum provides the perfect basis for classic and modern sounds, from warm, sparkling clean to singing overdrive to pushing riffs. In addition, the 5-way switch can be used to call up different circuit combinations for different sound nuances

The equipment of the Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 Yellow Tiger is completed by high-quality hardware from our own company. On the body side, the strings are held by the proven PRS Gen III tremolo, which impresses with its smooth handling and high functionality, and offers a comfortable grip thanks to the rounded edges. At the head plate the strings run with straight pull from the saddle to the PRS Phase III locking tuners. These guarantee a high tuning stability even with frequent use of vibrato and make string changes much easier. The PRS Custom 24 is also delivered in a noble PRS case, which offers the electric guitar the best possible protection during transport.
