The Allen & Heath Xone 42 is a compact 4-channel DJ mixer with USB audio interface, designed for DJs of all abilities and experience from top pro DJs to bedroom enthusiasts who want a compact quality mixer with pro features. Integral to the mixer's design is a new feature - the "X-FX" control - allowing signal to be sent to external FX, and returned to be combined with the now legendary Xone VCF filter system. Den Mixer an einem Freitag bestellt, Mittwochs war er hier in Belgien. Also denke ich mal das man allgemein mit 3 Werkstagen Lieferfrist rechnen muss. Tipp: genaue Summe Zuhaus haben...
Was den Mixer angeht: gute Verarbeitung ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Schade ist zwar das man nur einen Filter für den ganzen Mixer hat, der braucht sich aber nicht vor den (sehr intuitiven) Filtern von Pioneer zu verstecken. Bei einem direkten Vergleich wäre wahrscheinlich Gemschacksache das Fazit.
An einige Dinge muss man sich aber gewöhnen, da wäre:
-Wenn man den Crossfader einschaltet müssen die Kanäle entweder durch A oder B, das kann man aber mit der Crossfader Kurve elegant umgehen bei Bedarf (das weisst du vlt. schon aber ich hab die bis jetzt noch nie gebraucht...)
-Wenn man den Cue/Mix ganz in Richtung Mix dreht dann hört man nicht 100% Mix und 0% Cue sondern 50/50 man kann aber einfach den Cue auf dem Kanal anschmeissen der eventuel zu leise ist.
-Der Filter ist kein full-cut aber die Grenzen sind sehr bedacht platziert.
Preis Leistung habe ich nur 3 von 5 Punkten gegeben da ich finde das dieser Mixer eher 500-600 als 700-800€ Wert ist, wer aber einen Send/Return Kanal braucht wird wohl kaum eine bessere Alternative zu dem Preis finden.
