With the reissue of the Mexican X-Series , the traditional American manufacturer presents the electro acoustic guitar Martin 00L-X2E in compact slope shoulder design, which is perfect for bluegrass, blues and fingerstyle guitarists. For the construction of the body the manufacturer uses a solid Sitka spruce top , which in combination with the lightly built HPL frames and back with mahogany look can produce a very powerful and clear sound. In contrast to the previous series, the guitars of the X-Series are now manufactured with a solid Select Hardwood neck and a Select Hardwood fretboard , offering the player excellent playability over all 20 frets . The Performing Artist neck profile in combination with the 632 mm scale length and the 44.45 mm nut width contributes perfectly to the comfort. To make the Martin 00L-X2E guitar ready for stage use, the manufacturer has installed an easy-to-use Fishman MX pickup system that amplifies the acoustic sound very naturally. The scope of delivery includes the new Martin Soft gig bag .
