The Fluid Audio F8S Active Studio Subwoofer delivers an exceptional amount of clear, well defined bass in a compact footprint. Many genres of music benefit from a bass extension helping you here those low ends, and being able to hear bass in your mix is critical to accurately creating your music. The F8S allows you to hear every detail down to 30Hz.
When your mixing and mastering music, you want to ensure that it translates well on a multitude of different systems. This is why the FS8 has a standby footswitch. with a simple click of the included footpedal, you can turn the bass on or off. The F8S also has two EQ setting that both affect the tone of bass coming from the F8S. These include a traditional Flat response and a "Punch" setting that is great for EDM music.
The F8S also has a variable phase adjustment, allowing you to fine tune the phase for matching your standard monitors. Further flexibility comes from an 80Hz high pass filter and a variable low pass crossover filter control (50-500Hz).
