The Ibanez SIX6FDFM-BCB Electric Guitar Blue Space Burst is a 6-string model featuring a maple top, a mahogany body, a maple/bubinga neck, an ebony fingerboard, and a Blue Space Burst finish. The S Series features a signature body shape that is sculpted, lightweight and made from mahogany to make it stronger and more musically responsive than other guitars. This guitar is equipped with a Nitro Wizard neck that has a super-thin profile making it highly playable with road-tested durability. The tight grain of ebony used on the fingerboard provides a smooth, dense playing surface that produces a tight low-end with the quick response needed for metal.

A collaboration between Ibanez and DiMarzio-Fusion Edge pickups have been engineered to produce a powerful, distinctive tone with a crisp, cutting high end, and a tight, compressed bottom end, minus any muddy mid-range. Flipping the coil tap switch chooses between a pickups full output-for a more modern voice, or a lower output-to provide a more vintage-like tone. The Gibraltar Standard II is a simple fixed bridge that was designed to unify with the guitar's body and provide optimal transfer of each string's vibration. Smooth surface is designed to maximise playing comfort. Gotoh MG-T locking machine heads achieve incredible tuning stability, cutting down string-changing time and Sure Grip III knobs are designed for precise control with nonslip functionality, along with smooth and classic looks.
