Compressor/Limiter 522
The MIDAS Compressor Limiter 522 is a premium compressor limiter with dynamic presence control that is compatible with installation in the MIDAS Legend L10 or L6 rackmount chassis.
The Compressor Limiter maintains high and mid frequencies to enhance the natural sound. At the same time, noise and feedback are suppressed to ensure a smooth live performance. The device or module is equipped with 6 handy rotary knobs with which the frequencies of Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Release, Presence and Gain can be controlled comfortably.
There are also 4 illuminated switches which can be quickly switched on or off at the push of a button. Thus their operating status can also be checked easily and without problems. These include the soft or hard knee compressor button, sidechain button, auto mode switch and IN switch.
