Product information - G6120SH Brian Setzer Hot Rod Green Sparkle

The Gretsch G6120SH Brian Setzer Hot Rod Hollow Body Semi-Acoustic Guitar in Green Sparkle stems from the Stray Cats and Orchestra front man Brian Setzer, who has stripped down the classic ‘50s Gretsch and made it his own, having it built to his exact specifications, resulting in an exciting new range of guitars for fans of country and rockabilly.

The G6120SH adopts the single-cutaway, bound hollow body, 3-ply maple arched Nashville body type with 1959-style trestle bracing and F-Holes for a truly authentic look and feel.  The maple neck includes a bound ebony fingerboard and the famous Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays many have come to expect and love from Gretsch.

The G6120SH Brian Setzer Hot Rod promotes that sought after Setzer sound with the inclusion of the Dual Brian Setzer “Signature” TV Jones pickups with a three-position pickup switch. The infamous Bigsby B6C vibrato tailpiece and retro colour sets this model to be one of the future’s classic guitars!
