Vocal Assistant (Unmasked)

Nectar's Vocal Assistant is a handy virtual pair of "ears" that analyzes incoming signals and automatically alerts the user to volume, resonance, timbre and harsh frequency problems. Its intelligent algorithm additionally establishes a starting point for mixing, in which eg. Compressor and EQ settings are changed. After the process, all parameters can be changed at will to add your own touch to mix.
The Vocal Assistant Unmasked works with the so-called Inter-Plugin Communication and automatically detects frequencies that overlap on multiple audio tracks. It sorgt makes sure that "space" is freed up in the frequency range for the vocals by comparing the information and applying the appropriate EQ settings. By the way, this communication between plugins also takes place with other iZotope plugins (Neutron 2 Advanced, Relay).

The new Follow EQ mode also provides direct, dynamic pitch tracking, eliminating the need to manually edit individual resonant frequencies and harmonics to actively shape tone and sound.
