With the Charvel Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR M Chameleon, California’s Super-Strat specialists present an electric guitar that combines a striking flip-flop finish with superb playability. The traditional body contours ensure comfortable handling, while the oiled maple “Speed Neck” makes every riff and solo effortless. A Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro humbucker and a Seymour Duncan Full Shred humbucker deliver powerful rock and metal tones with precise note definition. A Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo and high-quality die-cast tuners complete the Charvel Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR M Chameleon.

Excellent handling

Beneath the satin flip-flop finish, which shifts color with changes in light, lies a classic alder body whose proven shape sits securely and comfortably whether standing or seated. The bolt-on maple neck provides exceptional playability across the entire range thanks to its fast “Speed Neck” profile with smooth oil finish and compound-radius fingerboard. High-speed riffs and solos flow easily from the player’s hands.

Seymour Duncan pickups

Charvel equips the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR M Chameleon with two premium Seymour Duncan humbuckers. The neck-position Alnico II Pro offers a warm, sweet vintage character that excels in creamy overdrive and rich clean tones. At the bridge, the Full Shred humbucker delivers brilliant, tightly focused distortion that retains clarity even under heavy gain. A push-pull volume control engages coil splitting to provide shimmering single-coil sounds when desired.

Floyd Rose 1000 Series Tremolo

For fearless whammy-bar work, Charvel fits the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR M Chameleon with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo. Dive-bombs, squeals and expressive pitch effects can all be performed while keeping the guitar perfectly in tune. The classic headstock is fitted with precise die-cast tuners that ensure rock-solid stability.
