The new TSA15H Tube Amp has a genuine Tube Screamer circuit, built right into the front end, for all the warm tube overdrive punch and crunch you’ll need. Includes foot-switchable function, with Tube Screamer Overdrive, Tone, and Level controls.

Ibanez TSA15H Guitar Valve Amplifier Head It is a straightforward amp-cab: I prefer it simple like this, so less can break down or crash. I think it looks great. Controls are nice, only also MID would have been nice(r). 5 watt for at home, 15 for a gig is loud enough for now, distortion is a bit high maybe, but then again its with most guitar amps when you come from HiFi like me, it is not intrusive. A good guitarcable makes quite a difference and it is easy to hear difference between them: I use a Monstercable. Oh and try put it in the FX return (passing by the tubescreamer circuit) you may be surprised! all in all is it a Fendery sound. The tubescreamer is ok but no selling point: a separate pedal probably sounds better, the optional footswitch is well made (and cheap). In short: if you are looking for a cheap, simple amp-cab that is good sounding, well made, good looking, hook up in the FX return and maybe youll like it as much as I do. Its doing its job everyday for over a year now without a hitch. So it does exactly what it says on the tin, can you ask for more? HS
I was on the look out for a good, decent 15 watt amplifier head. Most of the models were priced out of my budget until I saw this little gem. For the price, it's outstanding.
It has all the output cab configurations you need, fx loop, and is essentially a two channel amp with a built in 6db Boost.
The clean channel is great, but I would consider changing the valves for something with a little more clarity. It can be quite shrill on the top end.
The tube screamer circuit that's built in is really really nice. It accompanies the amp very well, and with the added boost for solos, what's not to love?
For the price point, this amp punches well above its weight, and more.
Chimey, pristine cleans and a great EQ that actually has a huge impact on the sound. The tube screamer is kinda cool, but I'm using my pedals most of the time for drive. It's not a product you'd expect from Ibanez and I think that's why this awesome little amp is overlooked.
To my ear it sounds better than a blues Jr or a super champ. It's also cheaper than both.
