The Mayones Setius 6 (Jeans Black Orange Burst) is a first-class metal Guitar with a chic look and a brutal sound. The master builders in Gdansk chose a Mahogany body with a Flamed Maple top, bolted on a Mahogany and Maple neck with a flat "D" profile for optimal playing across all 24x stainless steel frets, and crowned it with an ebony fingerboard. This modern classic also wields a Seymour Duncan Sentient on the neck and a Seymour Duncan Nazgul in the bridge for tight Metal sounds even in the lowest of tunings. Speaking of low tunings, this Guitar is also equipped with Schaller M6 clamping mechanisms and a Tune-O-Matic bridge complete with a string guide through the body to help ensure you stay in tune through the brutality.
Quality Tone Woods
For the construction of the Mayones Setius 6 only first-class woods are used. The light Mahogany body carries a Flamed Maple top with intense grain which shines through the elaborate transparent finish. 4x bolts secure the body to the 5-piece Mahogany/Maple neck and the flat "D" profile fits comfortably in the hand for effortless playing on the Ebony fingerboard. In addition to this fluorescent Luminlay Side Dots between the stainless steel frets provide extra visibility on dark stages.
Seymour Duncan Pick-Ups Set
The Seymour Duncan Nazgul in the bridge delivers sharply focused metal sounds in any tuning, allowing your sound to stand out with solid bass, present mids and sizzling highs. The Seymour Duncan Sentient in the neck position is more moderate and is ideal for impeccable clean sounds that let each note ring in complex chords and singing leads. Both pick-ups can also be split using the push/pull switches in the volume knobs for authentic single coil sounds.
Hardware Finish
The Mayones Setius 6 uses a strings-thru-body with a classic Tune-O-Matic bridge which allows for accurate pitching and intonation, even in low tunings. Schaller M6 clamping mechanisms help to ensure your tuning remains exact and stable. Schaller Security Locks are also included to securely attach your strap to your Guitar.
