Personally as well as with his instruments he follows a philosophical approach, which reaches into the spiritual and tends to take an experimental direction. Sound research with personal commitment, discovery and leisure; this is how one could roughly describe his instruments. Among the highlights of Soma's product portfolio are the Lyra-8 synthesizer, which "conjures" incredible sound collages with eight oscillators and modulators, a dual delay and newly conceived operation, or Ether, a handy, mobile device that makes electromagnetic radiation audible and appeals especially to people who deal creatively with field recording.
