Marantz ZP-1

The Marantz ZP-1 Blimp-Style Microphone Windscreen & Shockmount is designed for use with microphones up to 14.5" long. The ZP-1 is highly applicable for film and television production audio applications; virtually any sound-gathering situation where reliable protection from wind noise is required. A synthetic fur cover is included to increase wind noise attenuation up to 50dB. The windscreen has an internal shock mount suspension system to accommodate mics up to 14.5" long, and can be attached to a boom pole or handheld. Lightweight and durable, this is an ideal tool for a field production kit.
