2x10 Bass Combo with 300 Watt power in a practical wedge housing

With the Markbass CMD 121H IV Combo, the bass specialists from Italy present the fourth Generation of their successful bass amplifier in an extremely practical wedge housing. Based on Mark Proprietary Technology, the single-channel combo delivers a first-class sound with maximum headroom and excellent dynamics that skilfully supports expressive Bass playing in almost any genre. While 300 watts of power and two 10" speakers together with the Custom tweeter provide a fast-responding, powerful sound, the optional slanted monitor cabinet promises perfect localization of the Bass sound. To customize the sound, the CMD 102P IV Combo offers a 4-band Equalizer with an additional old school filter.

One channel with flexible tone control

With just one channel, the CMD 102P IV Combo from Markbass delivers an amazingly wide range of sounds to lay the right groove foundation in almost any style of music. The rotary switch above the gain control selects between the neutral-sounding flat preset and a mid-scoop, which is best suited for funky slaps and pops. An optimally tuned 4-band equalizer is also on board for precise tone adjustment, while the old-school filter reduces the brilliance in the tone to emulate the warm character of classic Vintage Bass amps.

MPT power amplifier with bi-band limiter, speakers in wedge housing

The absolute highlight of the Markbass CMD 102P IV Combo is the powerful Mark Proprietary Technology power amplifier (MPT), which promises a full sound with maximum headroom at 300 watts. The fast-acting bi-band limiter also prevents unwanted level peaks and distortion in the low and high-frequency ranges. The combination of two 10" bass speakers and the 1" compression tweeter with Custom horn also provides a finely resolved and fast-responding sound image with hi-fi character. Due to the wedge shape of the stable cabinet, the Bass combo can be set up at an angle like a monitor speaker to focus the sound on the player and thus ensure perfect audibility.
