Epiphone gave the Les Paul Standard Plus Pro a premium and breath taxingly grained “AAA Grade” flamed maple top with consistent flame. The combination of the popular trapezoid inlays in mother-of-pearl, chrome hardware and a Honey Burst finish completes the visual concept of the Les Paul.
With the Les Paul Standard Plus Pro, Epiphone offers the classic model of the 1950s with the typical appointments and Alnico humbuckers with SplitCoil function for great sound. The Burstbucker 2/3 combination provides powerful PAF sounds with classic Alnico warmth and an overall balanced setup between the neck and bridge positions. The push/pull knobs can be used to switch neck and/or bass pickups to single coil mode, making the sound clearer, more defined and sharper. Improved hardware such as a LockTone bridge and tailpiece, as well as strong and robust Grover tuners ensure reliability on the stage, in the studio or in the practice room.

I ordered this guitar a couple of weeks ago and it is great!
The sound is warm and powerful.
The guitar looks amazing and it plays like an angel.
The delivery was good too and Im really satisfied.
I will order again here.
Thank you!
Those that think this is just an entry-level guitar, you could be more mistaken. Easily it will give beautiful tones for an intermediate player playing in clubs or even bigger stage performances. The grover tuners are really good and the tail-bridge is doing is job as expected. Even with new string I take care of the correct tunning quiet efficiently. The finishing is gorgeous.
The delivery was super fast and the packaging was OK.
A great purchase !!
Summary: If you put this guitar on a blind test against a much more expensive brand, I bet most would not be able to tell the difference. In the right hand, this guitar will sound and play like a hero. the only minor flaw of the product is the tone control knobs that don't sit nicely on the body. If you are buying, go for the set with the hard case, irresistible deal.
Performance & Playability
Pop, blues, rock, heavy metal, or even jazz? This guitar is multi-talented and will cope with most of the style that you play. Near perfect setup out of the box and feels great to play, and the good sustain is the most distinguishable character of the Les Paul.
Craftmanships
Beautiful maple top and good finish, love how the 3D effect of the maple pattern viewed from certain angle. The only minor imperfection of the finish is the tone knobs that ‘float’ too high from the body and wobble when it spins. You can even use this guitar to decorate your living room when it’s idle, it is that beautiful.
Price
At that price point, it’s probably the best value for your money if you are not a brand fanatic, trust me, it plays just as good as the ‘real thing’ that cost five time as much. And the most unbelievable thing is much cheaper it is on Music Store. I bought this online, shipped it to Indonesia, pay the hefty import taxes, and believe it or not, it’s still a good deal, especially with the hard case bundled.
Great sounding guitar with definitely that Gibson Les Paul look, sound and feel!! a lot of guitar for the money, definitely recommend it. Suitable or any genre of music you can think of! Nice warm crisp tones as wel as nice heavy and darkt tones.
Very beautiful guitar! The real Gibson feel. The picture is not relevant...It has a magnificent burst.
It got to my house 4 days after I order it. Almost perfect out of the box but I set it up for my taste. Very versatile with the coil tap.
Before I order this I went on a local guitar store and tested a few Les Paul guitars. I have to tell you that through a practice amp you cant here much of a difference between this and a Gibson Les Paul Studio (cheapest Gibson model which is still about 200 E more than this).
Its really heavy though and the neck is not that slim (compare to my Ibanez) so I would say its not a shredding guitar but is 100% great.
If you would change the pickups with Gibsons or Seymour Duncans you probably would not hear the difference between this and a USA Gibson.
