With the Charvel Pro-Mod DK24 HSH 2PT CM Mahogany Natural, Charvel offers a versatile electric guitar that is optimally tailored to the needs of modern fusion and rock guitarists. Accordingly, the mahogany body comes in a comfortable dinky shape with generous contours and sculpted heel for unobstructed access across the entire caramelized maple neck. The flat "Speed Neck" profile in the Satin-Finish and the compound radius of the fingerboard make it extremely comfortable to hold, so that even complex solos and chords can be played comfortably. For adequate tone conversion with high variability between clean, Overdrive and Distortion furthermore provides the HSH pickup setup with Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro, Custom Flat Strat and Full Shred pickups. Last but not least, the Charvel Pro-Mod Dinky HSH comes with a Gotoh Custom 510 Tremolo and precise Locking tuners.

Core elements in constructing the Charvel Pro-Mod DK24 HSH are undoubtedly high playability and a balanced sound with a differentiated response. Accordingly, Charvel relies on a classic mahogany body whose dinky design features great comfort shaping and a "sculpted heel" for a smooth neck transition. In contrast, the bolt-on neck is made of caramelized maple, i.e. heat-treated maple, and reinforced by graphite inlays. With its flat "Speed Neck" profile and compound radius (305 mm to 406 mm) that increases from 12" to 16", the electric guitar also offers optimal playing characteristics, while fluorescent luminlay dots in the fretboard flank allow perfect orientation between the 24 frets even in poor conditions.

At the guitar amp, the Charvel Pro-Mod DK24 HSH 2PT CM Mahogany Natural with a Seymour Duncan HSH pickup setup provides particularly varied clean and overdrive sounds in modern fusion and rock style. Here, the Seymour Duncan APH-1n Alnico II Pro Humbucker installed on the neck convinces with a sweet vintage sound that reacts sensitively to the touch and makes every note sing. With harmonious balance of all strings and the typical bell-clear character, the Seymour Duncan SSL-6 Custom Flat Strat also goes to work in the middle position, while the Seymour Duncan TB-10b at the bridge more than lives up to its name and convinces in the overdrive channel with finely differentiated sounds and crisp assertiveness. The 5-way switch calls the pickups, respectively their coils, in different combinations, while the "No-Load" tone control is fully turned up from the signal and thus promises a more direct sound.
