Sound great, last long, sound great still after a long time.
I recently changed the strings on a second-hand guitar that had those on, the strings weren't changed for ten years and were black on some areas. The guitar wasn't touched ou tuned for ten years, still, the strings didn't break and sounded nice...
I use those on dreadnought and sloped shoulder guitars in E standard.
