The Korg Pa300 is a 61-note professional arranger workstation keyboard derived from the Pa900 and Pa600 workstations.
The Pa300 features enhanced Real eXperience sound technology, this sound engine focuses on precise sound replication and it delivers a wide range of sounds and musical styles with incredible accuracy and realism. Onboard is the vast sound library from the Pa600 with over 950 sounds onboard including a new GM soundbank, 64 drum kits and a multi-layer grand piano, with realistic string and damper pedal resonance.
Four stereo master effects processors provide industry standard effects ranging from Reverb, Delay and Chorus. Korg REMS guitar effects are also part of the sound shaping abilities found on the Pa300 giving this workstation the power to provide realistic guitar tones. A 4-band parametric EQ is part of the output circuit of the Pa300, this allows you to sculpt your sound to the venue or room you are playing in.
The main function of the Pa300 is to arrange and write songs in a single unit, self-contained environment and it certainly does the job. A diverse range of styles are included as part of the sound bank, each include fills, breaks, intros and endings to help sculpt the perfect composition with speed and ease.
The Pa300 features a powerful 2 x 13 watt speaker system which delivers powerful bass and clear highs for a pleasurable listening experience.
A full colour Graphical Touch screen included on the Pa300 that is very easy to use, the sounds are organised into banks within the menus, simply click on the bank you are looking for and click the on the preset you are looking to use. The whole process is very familiar and is simple to use.
