Product information - Alternate Reality Tenor Tele MN (Fiesta Red)

Fender Alternate Reality Tenor Tele MN (Fiesta Red)

The Fender Alternate Reality Tenor Tele MN (Fiesta Red) is a 4-string electric Tenor Guitar from the Alternate Reality series. Originally developed in the 1920s to offer Tenor Banjo players another choice of instrumental voice to use in their ensembles, the Tenor Guitar has been associated with numerous common tunings, although Fender recommends using “Guitar” tuning for the Tenor Tele (same notes as the high 4x strings on a standard tuned Guitar).

The 2x specially designed Alnico V Tenor Tele custom pick-ups provide a similar powerful twang to that beloved sound found throughout Telecaster ranges. This diminutive instrument has a 22.75” scale Maple neck and 9.5” radius Maple fingerboard and Nickel/Chrome hardware. The Tenor Tele is an inspiring instrument that can lead musicians to find new sounds in the familiar.

The main features of the Fender Alternate Reality Tenor Tele MN (Fiesta Red) include:

  • 4-String Electric Tenor Guitar
  • Body: Alder
  • Neck: Maple
  • Fingerboard: Maple
  • Fender Vintage-Style Tuning Machines
  • Pick-Ups: 2x Tenor Tele Alnico V
  • Hardware: Nickel/Chrome
  • Finish: Fiesta Red
