The iLoud Precision MTM MKII takes the tradition of the award-winning Precision series to a new level. With state-of-the-art DSP technology, innovative speaker design and built-in ARC X room correction, it offers an uncompromising solution for producers, sound engineers and anyone who values absolute neutrality and clarity in the studio.
At the heart of the MTM MKII are two 5" ultra-light, coated paper mid-woofers and a newly developed 1.5" tweeter with a graphene-reinforced textile dome tweeter. This combination ensures extremely precise dispersion, minimised distortion, and accurate detail in the high-frequency range.
The symmetrical MTM design also enables clear stereo imaging and makes the speaker ideal for mixing, mastering and immersive audio setups.
Thanks to a fully DSP-controlled signal path with 96 kHz internal processing, the MTM MKII offers linear phase, coherent time response and flexible adjustment options. The integrated ARC X technology allows the speaker to be perfectly tuned to the respective room acoustics. The scope of delivery includes a specially developed ARC measurement microphone that records the acoustic properties of the studio and automatically compensates for disruptive influences such as room modes or reflections. The result is an authentic, linear reproduction that is not distorted by the room.
Additional filters and sound contours (LF, Desk, Mid and HF Contour) allow individual fine-tuning depending on the listening situation.
With a total output of 175 W RMS, separately operated Class D power amplifiers (145 W LF + 30 W HF) and a maximum sound pressure level of up to 117 dB, the iLoud Precision MTM MKII delivers impressive dynamics. Even at the highest levels, the sound remains low-distortion, rich in detail and authentic.
The low-resonance, highly damped housing supports precise sound reproduction and, with the optional metal bracket, versatile mounting options for studios and permanent installations. Supplemented by the supplied Isolation Pod Kit, the MTM MKII is always stable and vibration-free.
