With the Profiler Remote MK 2, Kemper introduces the updated version of its acclaimed floor controller, perfectly designed to complement the new MK 2 series. Compatible with the Profiler Head MK 2, Profiler Rack MK 2, and older models, the Remote MK 2 offers direct control over all essential Kemper functions, making it an indispensable tool for rehearsal rooms and live performances. Featuring extended effect slots, faster preset switching, USB multitrack audio, and a revised performance mode, it gives you immediate access to sounds, effects, and live controls. The Remote MK 2 enables seamless rig changes, effects bypass, tap tempo, tuner, and looper control for enhanced onstage flexibility.
The sturdy metal housing reliably protects the electronics during everyday stage use, while the large illuminated display remains easy to read even in low-light conditions. Five rig buttons provide direct preset control, and four additional buttons allow individual effect management. Rig banks can be quickly scrolled through using the up and down buttons, while dedicated footswitches offer immediate access to the tuner and looper. Thanks to the RJ45 network connection, setup is extremely simple: a single network cable connects the remote to the profiler, carrying both power and data. A seven-meter cable is included, with support for cable lengths up to one hundred meters. The Remote MK 2 also features four extra pedal inputs via stereo jacks for expression pedals or switches, making it perfect for customized setups.
