Roundback classical guitar with massive top and pickup system

Thanks to its solid construction, the Ovation 1773AX-4-G classical guitar produces a powerful and warm tone that unfolds quickly and extensively due to the mid-depth arching of the body. Furthermore, the instrument promises extremely comfortable handling for standing and sitting performances. The double neck in combination with a generous cutaway guarantees optimal access to all 19 frets. The headstock is equipped with high-quality classical tuners that allow for precise tuning of the 6 nylon strings. The golden hardware and the fine bindings round off the instrument in a very tasteful way. lastly, the body is refined by a very thin, high gloss varnish.

Construction and woods

Since the body is made of solid cedar, the guitar produces powerful bass and warm midrange frequencies. Thanks to this Lyrachord body, every note unfolds evenly and over a wide range. Due to the thin texture of the material, this classical guitar resonates at an astonishing volume and lends itself perfectly to fine picking as well as impassioned strummings. The multi-piece mahogany/maple neck with Pau Ferro fingerboard is easy to manipulate and offers enough space to master even the most complicated of note sequences.

Hardware
