With the HHX series of the cymbal manufacturer Sabian, another milestone in cymbal processing was set. Especially in the HHXtreme series a unique sound was chosen, which has been searched for a long time and can now finally find its place with every individualist. The HHXtreme series is characterised by its particularly dark sound, which impresses with a short sustain. The attack can be compared to that of a China, but it also has an unbelievable funky note. Another all-rounder from Sabian and an ideal addition for every drummer who is still looking for that certain something in his cymbal repertoire.
The HHXtreme series is made in a special way. The surface of the Xtreme series comes in the classic traditional finish, while the bell remains completely untreated. This ensures a short sustain, which is further supported by the hammering pattern.
In addition, the extra-thin hand hammers of the B20 bronze give this series a very dark and hissing character.
