The ESP LTD JB-320E Natural Satin is a powerful-sounding 4-string acoustic jumbo guitar that can be played alone or with an amplifier to produce enormously full and voluminous bass sounds.
With consideration for the greatest possible sound development, the LTD JB-320E Natural Satin relies on the dimensions of the jumbo construction, which is tuned to the low register of the bass. The body is composed of Ovangkol and a cedar top to give the sound a powerful portion of bass and pronounced mids.
For a direct response in the lower registers, the bass has a long scale of 34" to create a suitable balance between tonal definition and pleasant playability. Here, the slim Thin-U profile of the mahogany neck ensures unhindered playability on the 22-fret Blackwood fingerboard.
In order to make a good impression not only when played acoustically, but also when used with amplifiers, mixing consoles and interfaces, the ESP LTD JB-320E Natural Satin is equipped with a Fishman Isys+ pickup system. The pickup, which is designed for picking up acoustic instruments, is characterized by a high fidelity that skillfully captures the acoustic sound of the bass.
