Skies from Behringer is a faithful replica of the popular Mutable Instruments Clouds, combining delay, pitch shifting, and granular sampling in a single module. In addition to this powerful blend of functions and the sometimes breathtaking results it produces, parameters such as mix, panorama, feedback, and reverb can be accessed via a shift function and controlled or modulated using the blend control. The numerous control voltage inputs explicitly invite deeper exploration and experimentation within modular systems. Aside from the color scheme and knob design, SKIES corresponds exactly to the original MI Clouds in terms of functionality and sound architecture.
