The guitar has a laminated mahogany body with a solid center block and a glued, multi-piece neck with a"Vintage Soft U" profile that fits comfortably in the hand. Guild LB-1 Mini Humbuckers on the amplifier also provide traditional guitar sounds. The Guild Starfire V is complemented by high-quality hardware, including the proven Guild Vibrato tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge and Grover Sta-Tite tuners.
