The MOTU UltraLite-mk4 is an USB 2.0 audio interface with 18 In- and 22 Outputs. It is equipped with hardwarebased DSP-effects and an internal mixer that for example simplifies the processing of effects and routing. Moreover the UltraLite-mk4 comes with enough In- and Outputs so it finds its place in nearly every studio or homestudio. Among these In- and Outputs are 2 XLR / TRS combo mic / instrument Inputs with preamps, 6 x 10 balanced 6.35mm Jack analog I/O, optical ADAT with switchable to stereo TOSLink, stereo RCA S/PDIF I/O, MIDI In-/Output and a class compliant USB 2.0 with USB 3.0 compatibility. So it offers 40-channels housed in a handy aluminiumcasing. The audio recordings made with this audio interface provide sample rates of up to 192 kHz which is excellent studio quality and shows that it enrichs almost every kind of studio recording or homerecording application. Furthermore MOTU added a innovative feature to this USB audio interface. It is wirelessly controlable via a web-app reachable with every smart device that has an internet browser.
