The package was late than the written time of arrival. When called Music Store customer service, I was informeed that you are not happy with dpd. If this is the case, then in my opinion you should leave the delivery day open, or at least mention that delays may happen. Some customers do not care about the delay, abut it can happen that it affects customers.
