Miditech Pianobox mini II MIDI Expander at a glance:

Miditech 's Pianobox mini II is an easy-to-use sound module with GM sound generation. GM aka General MIDI is a sample-based sound generation with 128 sounds covering grand pianos, Electric pianos, synthesizers, strings, basses, drums and many more sounds. A simple reverb effect can be mixed in with the sounds. With 64 voices, the MIDI expander has enough reserves so that no voice theft happens while playing. Thanks to the ABC keys, you always have three sounds in direct access. Power is supplied via the integrated battery or the USB device port, which can also be used to charge the sound module and play it via DAW. The USB host port is intended for the connection of a master keyboard; this way the sound module can be connected to a keyboard in the shortest way without having to supply the keyboard itself with power.
